Showground project has received construction certificate one (CC1 - Piling and Excavation), construction certificate 2 (CC2 - inground services and structure to ground floor), construction certificate 3 (CC3 – structure to level 3) and construction certificate 4 (CC4 – structure to roof). Excavation has concluded and works on site consist of building the basement levels.
At the same time, the project team is working through the design phase required to achieve documentation for the fifth construction certificate, CC5 - Balance of Building Works Including Façade and Excluding Landscaping, Fitout of the Childcare, the Community Space and Retail Levels.
